This self-paced book study explores how those indispensable high-impact workers on your team can be replicated. It spotlights the qualities of an essential Impact Player and how others can duplicate their practices and follow their mindset. In the course, you’ll find examples of influential players who make an outstanding impact with small yet crucial differences in how they think and act. By using the practices in this book, you can encourage others to contribute to their highest potential.
Learning Outcomes

Learners will recognize and define high-impact workers' core characteristics and mindset and understand how these traits contribute to their impact in the workplace.

Course Dates & Location
January 12-February 16, 2026 - Virtual, asynchronous.
This self-paced course will be hosted in Canvas. All students must enroll in this Canvas course even if they choose to take it for graduate credit through the University of Sioux Falls (USF). Those taking this course for 15 CECH/CEU must only register with Canvas. Those wishing to take this course for graded college credit must also register and pay with USF.
