Course Description

As an educator, you've likely found yourself managing projects, writing grant proposals, or coordinating initiatives without formal training in these critical skills. This course bridges that gap by combining practical project management strategies with comprehensive funding guidance specifically designed for education professionals. Whether you're a teacher stepping into leadership, a nonprofit coordinator juggling multiple programs, or an administrator overseeing complex initiatives, you'll develop the systematic approaches needed to turn great educational ideas into successful, sustainable programs.

Through hands-on exploration of funding databases, analysis of successful educational projects, and investigation of diverse resource opportunities, you'll build both the researcher's mindset and practical skills to identify, secure, and manage funding from traditional grants to innovative partnerships. The course transforms how you approach educational change by providing proven project management frameworks adapted for educational settings, helping you move beyond hoping for resources to strategically pursuing and managing them. You'll leave equipped to evaluate funding alignment with your goals, create realistic project timelines, and implement systematic approaches that improve both your effectiveness and student outcomes.
