Course Description
Welcome to the Virtue-Based Classroom Management module! In this course, you will explore practical strategies for instilling positive virtues and transforming your classroom culture. You'll learn how small mindset shifts and intentional routines can build trust, empathy, and responsibility in your students. Discover how co-constructing shared values, designing supportive environments, and facilitating daily practices that reinforce virtues can dramatically improve student behavior and engagement. Throughout the module, you'll have opportunities to reflect on how to apply these concepts in your own context. By the end, you'll be equipped with a toolkit of techniques for cultivating the virtuous habits that help students thrive both academically and personally. Get ready to reimagine what's possible in your classroom community!
